Ski With Ease, Award-Winning Ski School Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz
What a great season we had in 2023/24! We ended the season in April being number one on TripAdvisor in the Portes du Soleil again for the 3rd year and received our Travellers’ Choice 2024 award. Since we started our small family-run ski school, we have received four Certificate of Excellence Awards and four Travellers’ Choice awards. We now have a new dedicated TripAdvisor, Meribel page too.

Ski With Ease; the Ultimate 5* Ski School
This is our second season in Avoriaz using Ski With Ease and simply put, they are an incredible school.
We are a family of 3 and started as beginners, the progress we have made is remarkable. We’ve used the same instructor Roberto for both seasons and the lessons are based on developing the correct technique but ultimately, we ski exciting runs that really demonstrate the progression we’ve made and we have so much fun!
This season we upgraded to a Portes du Soleil ski pass and over the course of the week covered varying skiable runs within the PDS. We’d usually start the lessons by refreshing our technique/ warming up before skiing more freely. Roberto weaves varied exercises in with general skiing and he never switches off, correcting you as you go and offering clear feedback. It feels really reassuring to have that type of guidance.
The whole team are wonderful, Lorna is so communicative and helpful, we follow Glen’s daily snow updates on Instagram and Roberto is a fantastic teacher who really invested in us, our development and our child!
The typical meeting point/drop off in Avoriaz is at the Yeti which works well for us but on one occasion we organised to end the lesson elsewhere as it suited us better that day.
I know that group lessons are financially more efficient but after using Ski With Ease, I’d never go anywhere else.

Amazing Ski instructor
I had two lessons with Roger in Meribel and he was absolutely brilliant! I had felt stuck for nearly six years with not being able to progress my skiing and Roger in the little time we had made all the difference and persisted in getting me to practice the same thing over and over which might not sound as fun, but my god did it work!! His gentle and positive approach made it less fearful and more enjoyable. My sister then later on our trip had a terrible experience with another instructor from another company and I called Lorna at ski with ease (who is also wonderful) and Roger called me straight away and they managed to fit us in the next day. Roger took myself, my sister and my niece over to Courchevel and got my sister’s confidence back in minutes! He also managed to have time to teach my niece some tips, who was more advanced than me. I can’t recommend Roger and Ski with Ease enough. They are just wonderful.
Roger thank you for all your patience and expertise. It brought the fun back to skiing again and I am looking forward hopefully to skiing with you again if I get to come back to Meribel!

The Ski with Ease instructors were amazing! I’m a complete beginner and Oli was patient and clear and made me feel so much happier on the slopes. Oli also took my 3 yr old daughter out for the first time and was wonderful with her – going at her pace and ensuring that it was fun – we still hear about the yeti search they went on! My 6yr old daughter and I went out together with Oli and it was brilliant – he took some lovely photos that I will treasure. I would highly recommend this group – and Oli. We hope to return next year!
Superb Ski Lessons in Avoriaz!
Thank you so much! Our group had lessons with Ski with Ease in Avoriaz and we all loved the lessons and guiding! Glenn taught our four 6 year old beginners amazingly and gave them such confidence by the end of 4 lessons! Glenn also taught my 3 year old and by the end of a few lessons he was skiing without the Edgie Wedgie and he loved it and cannot wait to return next year. Our group also had superb lessons with Luka (the kids loved the jumps!!), Medin, Katrin, Oli and Mark. Thanks again and see you next year. I would highly recommend Ski With Ease! We tell everyone to use Ski with Ease
This is our third holiday using Ski With Ease and every time our family has found the instructors to be courteous, kind, helpful and supportive helping my young children to ski. This time we brought our friends who hadn’t skied before and felt very nervous. Uros, Tommy and Glenn were brilliant at reassuring them and helping them learn the basics. By the end of the holiday, they couldn’t wait to come back. My son, who is now nearly 8, is amazing at skiing thanks to Ski with Ease. This was his third time skiing. Glenn and Tommy were able to push him further and able to correct bad habits he might have picked up and provide tips on skiing better. I’m sure we will see you next year again Glenn and co! X
