Contact details, such as your name, title, company/organization name, email address, telephone, mobile and accommodation address in resort; your preferences with respect to email marketing; financial information, including credit card numbers; your enquiries about and orders for our products and services, as well as information that assists us in identifying the best products and services for you; feedback from you about our products and services, including our websites.
You are not required to provide this information. However, if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide you the requested service or complete your transaction. Your data is stored securely on our booking system which only our database managers have password access to.

Services and transactions:
To deliver effective customer service we use personal data from written communications or summaries of spoken conversations to ensure the lesson booked is appropriate and to enable us to pick the best instructor for you or your party.
We also use data to execute transactions you request, alert you of lesson availability which might be of interest to you and providing information about Ski with Ease Ski School & Board with Ease products and services. This data is also used in processing orders, answering customer service requests, facilitating use of our website, and so forth.

Information to instructors:
Relevant client data (names, ages, level information and discipline and mobile number) is given to the instructor to enable them to deliver your lesson. Your instructor will need your mobile to contact you on the mountain if you are late, lost, update you with changes or contact an adult regarding a minor in a lesson.
Supplementary contact data:
This data may include buying history to the customer service and operations team to ensure we provide the best level of service possible and to reach you if needs be regarding your lesson or in case of emergency.
Type of information held and how it is used:
Contact address / resort address, telephone number, mobile number and email address of the lead name of the booking, what you booked and to enable us to deliver effective customer service communications pre-arrival, during your stay, or following your return home from resort.
Name and age (if supplied) of all skiers or boarders and ability level to allow us to personalise and deliver an appropriate lesson.
We want to ensure that our service meets or exceeds your expectations and so we may contact you via email following your lesson or from time to time to ask for your feedback. Your involvement in this process is of course wholly optional.
How it is processed:
Your data might be used as part of the product development, financial and operational planning processes. We run regular sales reports to understand the frequency and volume of purchase by resort or by product type. This enables us to provide the best service possible.
To enable us to send personalised marketing communications your data will be used as part of the segmentation or profiling process. This might include your level, the resort you skied or boarded in, what you bought, how frequently you’ve bought and how or when you bought.
Ski with Ease ski School & Board with Ease Snowboard School is committed to protecting the security of personal data. We use World Pay to handle online card transactions, address information will be required for online payments. No card information is stored on our web-servers. All card payment information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
While no security measure can guarantee against compromise, we use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
Reviewing personal data:
In some cases, you can review and correct personal data provided through our website by going to the page on which you provided the data.

This site is a general audience site, although it contains information that may be of interest to children, Ski with Ease ski school does not seek through this site to gather personal data from children.

We carefully consider and can justify how long we keep personal data to enable us to serve you effectively and to satisfy aspects required for tax and audit information purposes up to 6 years after your last purchase.
