Contact address / resort address, telephone number, mobile number and email address of the lead name of the booking, what you booked and to enable us to deliver effective customer service communications pre-arrival, during your stay, or following your return home from resort.
Name and age (if supplied) of all skiers or boarders and ability level to allow us to personalise and deliver an appropriate lesson.
We want to ensure that our service meets or exceeds your expectations and so we may contact you via email following your lesson or from time to time to ask for your feedback. Your involvement in this process is of course wholly optional.
Your data might be used as part of the product development, financial and operational planning processes. We run regular sales reports to understand the frequency and volume of purchase by resort or by product type. This enables us to provide the best service possible.

We use World Pay to handle online card transactions, address information will be required for online payments. No card information is stored on our web-servers. All card payment information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
