Rock the Pistes Festival – it’s free with your lift pass!

Every winter for over a decade, the Rock the Pistes festival has delighted music and ski fans. It takes place during the third week of March, offering a unique experience in the heart of the high-altitude ski slopes. Fans can hit the slopes in the morning and enjoy open-air concerts in the afternoon – and it’s free with your lift pass! 

The best of French & International rock and pop music is featured in this week long event high up on the pistes of the Portes du Soleil ski area. 

Major artists will perform free concerts on the ski slopes! 30 more après-ski gigs will be performed around Morzine, Les Gets & Avoriaz Après Bars. This unique 5 day Rock the Pistes music event offers gigs at exciting venues on the Portes du Soleil slopes. 

The main artists’ concerts take place around 1.30pm and DJs play music on the concert site from around 12.45pm. Have a great morning skiing and then ski directly to the on-the-snow stage and start your après fun!  

Each of the main concerts take place in a different resort for you to ski and experience a new area. It’s sure to guarantee a long-lasting musical vibe in the heart of the resort for a whole week!
